The Nationwide League One, NLO, has stopped the main coach for HBR FC of Kano, Sanusi Kwayo, from taking part in the 2025 playing time.
Kwayo was said to have acted like a thug during HBR FC’s game against Wudil FC on Matchday Two at the Danbatta Centre.
The NLO said that this action goes directly against the rules of behavior and punishment rules for the league.
The league’s main manager, Olusola Ogunnowo, gave the order to stop him through the Kano State Football Association on Tuesday.
The stop starts right away and will last until more official actions are taken about what happened.
The NLO repeated that it will keep pushing for good behavior, being professional, and playing fair in Nigerian football.
